How to Use This Sermorelin Calculator

1

Select the Sermorelin research amount to model. The 0.2 mg and 0.5 mg presets match common milligram reference amounts used when checking vial math.

2

Choose the Sermorelin vial strength from the label. That value is the total peptide in the vial, not the amount per draw.

3

Set the bacteriostatic water volume. The calculator returns mg/mL concentration, mL needed, U-100 units, and estimated draws per vial.

Example Sermorelin reconstitution calculation

If a 5 mg Sermorelin vial is mixed with 2 mL bacteriostatic water, the concentration is 2.5 mg/mL. A 0.5 mg research amount would require 0.2 mL, or 20 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. The same 0.5 mg amount from a 15 mg vial mixed with 2 mL would be 0.067 mL, or about 7 units.

Sermorelin Reconstitution Reference

The table below shows crawlable reference math for 5 mg, 10 mg, and 15 mg Sermorelin vials mixed with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water and a 0.5 mg research amount. It is a mathematical comparison, not a recommended water volume or dosing protocol.

Vial strengthBAC waterMixed concentrationVolume for 0.5 mgU-100 units for 0.5 mg
5 mg2 mL2.5 mg/mL0.200 mL20 units
10 mg2 mL5 mg/mL0.100 mL10 units
15 mg2 mL7.5 mg/mL0.067 mL7 units

Vial strength alone does not determine one required bacteriostatic-water volume. Changing the water volume changes the concentration and syringe reading, but it does not change the total milligrams listed on the vial.

Calculation Formulas

Concentration = Vial strength / water volume

mL needed = research amount / concentration

U-100 units = mL needed x 100

Sermorelin Calculator FAQ

Is this a Sermorelin dosage calculator?

Yes, in the mathematical sense: it converts Sermorelin vial strength, water volume, and a selected research amount into mL and U-100 syringe units. It is not a medical dosing guide or prescription tool.

Can I use this as a Sermorelin reconstitution calculator?

Yes. Enter the labeled Sermorelin milligrams and the bacteriostatic water added to see mixed concentration, then select a research amount to see the matching draw volume and syringe units.

How many units is 0.5 mg of Sermorelin?

That depends on the mixed concentration. At the 5 mg / 2 mL reference shown above, 0.5 mg equals 0.2 mL or 20 units on a U-100 syringe. Change the water volume or vial strength above to recalculate.

Does this calculator apply to compounded clinic Sermorelin or prescription pens?

No. This page is for lyophilized research vials and U-100 syringe math. Clinic, compounded, and prescription presentations use different labeled concentrations and are not interchangeable with research-vial arithmetic.

Is Sermorelin the same calculator input as Tesamorelin or CJC-1295?

The reconstitution math is the same if the labeled milligrams are the same. The compounds are not interchangeable for research design. Use the Tesamorelin or CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin calculators when those are the labeled vials.

Does adding more BAC water change the Sermorelin in the vial?

No. Water volume changes concentration and the syringe volume needed for a selected amount. It does not change the total milligrams stated on the vial label.

Does this calculator verify Sermorelin purity or identity?

No. Review batch documentation, COAs, and supplier testing separately. A calculator cannot correct a mislabeled or underfilled vial.
